Here is a great example of where you will need to use a list, and some real patience. As you can see there are three main topics in this Pillar. Like the other Pillars you will be making very specific lists for your home, car and anything else physical that needs attention, like a boat,RV, camp, motorcycle etc.
The home where you live
Think about what you are responsible for getting done in the following and list them.
Organization
cleanliness
maintenance
After you have done these lists put how often it should be done. This will likely need to be adjusted for some , but you will need a starting point.
See the examples below.
Your home list.
Organization: Orderly and neat area
Bathroom one:
organize sink area (w) stands for weekly
organize cabinet under sink (m) stands for monthly
organize linen/towel closet
....and so on with each area of your house
Cleanliness: vacuumed, scrubbed....clean
Bathroom one:
Clean sink area (w)
Clean shower (w)
Scrub floors (m)
...continue throughout your home
Maintenance: Keeping property in good working order
Bathroom one:
*re-grout shower (y) stands for yearly
*Caulk the sink back splash (y)
There are many reasons you may want to delegate the tasks on these lists. You don't want to do it, teach your children responsibility, make time for things you'd rather be doing, or you don't have the tools or knowledge to do it.
Once you have decided there are some things you'd like to outsource, put an * on your list next to the item so you put on your schedule to find someone to do it for you.
These lists may be a little or a lot time consuming, but it will save you sooo much time in the long run along with taking good care of the important things in your life. So, just put the list building on your daily list and get it done.
If you prefer to simplify your lists to start it may help with procrastination.
For instance, instead of listing each area in a room you only list the room. Once you get into a routine you can start adding more details to your lists.

Goals: You have made the lists. Where are your priorities? Well, those are your goals.
Simply having these lists along with when it needs to be done (A specific date, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually) is going to allow you to manage these tasks much easier.
You will need to make adjustments on some. It would be nice to have a scrubbed and mopped floor everyday, but will not likely make sense for a good way to use your time or as a necessity. So it may need to be weekly or monthly.
Other things need to be done at a specific interval and really should not be put off. Like that oil change for your car or replacing the filter of your HVAC system.
Remember to build lists for your home, car, vacation home, office, boat, fork lift...anything or place that needs organized, cleaned and maintained.
