You need to decide analog or digital.
The analog version requires seven notebooks and some pens.
The digital version will take place on your phone using your favorite notes app. that is dedicated to your 6 Pillar Plan.
Notebooks 1 through 6 will have the title of a Pillar written on it.

The seventh notebook is your planner. write "6 Pillar Planner" on the cover. Do the same for your notes app. in a similar, but digital way.
1) Get 7 notebooks and a pen or choose a notes app on your phone.
2) label notebooks

-Financial Pillar
-Fun and Adventure Pillar
-Relationship Pillar
-Cleaning and Organization Pillar
-Education Pillar
-Pillar daily planner
3) Work on each Pillar. It is best to begin with your Health Pillar and end with your Education Pillar.
4) Use your daily planner to stay organized in completing your Pillar work. setting, and completing goals.
5) Connect with the 6 Pillar Plan Facebook page for support.
6) Enjoy your life!!
7)Share with friends and family.
We all have different targets to hit in each of our 6 Pillars. This is what you will define in each of the individual Pillar Plan pages. You will choose a pillar, read a small explanation of what each Pillar is made up of and then answer some questions to help you learn what target you plan to hit. These answers are what you will be putting into your Pillar Plan notebooks (notes app)
Once you have acquired your targets you will list in that specific notebook what is needed to hit the target.
Each Pillar Plan page will help guide you to find your direction.As you move from Pillar to Pillar you will read this message each time. In each sub-topic you will use your notebook or app to record your responses. Allow the questions in each section to guide you on your quest.
1) Evaluating where you are now is your first step. Be honest and caring in your evaluations.
2) Your target or goal is where you would like to be in a specific Pillar.
3) Develop steps to reach your target.
4) Decide when you will do these steps every day. Hopefully, this doesn't seem like a big project. The 6 Pillar Plan is a guide to organizing your life and moving you forward consistently. Most, if not all, of what you will be doing is something you are already doing in some respect. This guide will simply organize and allow you to move forward. Think of this like a marathon and you are the tortoise. Slow and steady effort will win this race!

How do you even know what you want to accomplish at all? Well, That was why you worked on your Pillar Pages goals and steps.

Now its time to work this into your schedule
Monday
6:30 am wake up and put on workout clothes
6:40 am stretch and walk 1 mile while listening to pma recordings
7:10 am 20 minutes of weight training with motivational speaker or music
7:30 am eat a healthy breakfast and review your schedule for the day
8 am Get ready for the day. showered, dressed etc
8:30 am Go to work
noon lunch break and meditation
5:30 get home from work
6 pm eat a healthy dinner
7 pm make lunch for tomorrow
7:30 pm reach out to the old friend you've wanted to reconnect with
8 pm Sign up for that singles paint and wine group for this weekend
8:15 General cleaning of your apartment
8:30 pm Get ready for bed
9:30 pm Relax and read that book you bought on traveling to Japan
10:30 go to sleep
Continue to build your daily schedules using the items from your Pillar goals. It is ok to leave open spaces in your schedule. Simply put this is your life, your schedule and working on the life you want. Life will happen and there will be times when you need to adjust your schedule. That is normal.
You will, obviously need to tailor your schedule to some of the things you need to do that have a more fixed time to be there; like jobs, school, etc.
This type of time management might be new to you. Remember to try to look at it as a positive adventure and that even if you don't get to do the item you had planned done, it is not the end of the world and that you have likely accomplished more than you otherwise would have done. THAT is a move in a very positive direction!
It doesn't have to be expensive. These will help you create the amazing life you deserve.
