Wait... part of your 6 Pillar Plan is to add fun and adventure? Yes it is! It is true fun and adventure is important just like the other Pillars.
Many adults have been focusing on financial, relationship and other Pillars so much they may have actually forgotten what they find to be fun or adventurous. It is time to rediscover that, as well as discovering new exciting things you may enjoy.
Start with things you still enjoy or used to like doing.
Maybe fishing, writing poems, singing, woodworking? List everything you can think of. Everything you can remember enjoying. Like other Pillar lists, this is your list no one else is to read this. That way you can write anything. One rule is it has to be something you feel is positive. For example if you used to enjoy the thrill of shoplifting or any other activity that is going to negatively impact your life, leave those out. Perhaps channel that activity into something positive like slight of hand magic or if you liked to fight as a kid take up kick boxing instead.
If you have family you will likely want to have some common fun and adventure activities. The best way you are going to be able to do this is to help our family complete their 6 Pillar Plans too. Like your plan theirs is also private.

Goals: This is a great topic to write goals for. Use your lists as usual and decide what fun and adventures you would like to partake in. Also, consider if you need to include items from your Education Pillar and to include activities, supplies for activities or any other expenses to your Financial Pillar
List the goals you want to start working for this month on your weekly scheduler.
Remember, even 20 minutes a day can move you in a positive direction. You can book that cabin by the stream in the mountains you've wanted to visit or start painting that masterpiece you've been dreaming of.
Steps:
Break your big goals into manageable steps:
That trip to Japan that you've fantasized about can be reality if you plan it in baby steps and add it to your weekly schedule. researching where you'd like to visit while in Japan, the best way to pay for it, is there someone you'd like to bring along... put these into your appropriate Pillar books and work on them. It is really nice to have something exciting to look forward to!
